প্রাইমারির বর্তমান কোটার হিসাবঃ  

নিয়োগ বিধিমালা-২০১৯ অনুসারে…সহকারী শিক্ষক পদে

১। ৬০ শতাংশ নারী কোটা

২। ২০ শতাংশ পোষ্য কোটা ও

৩। ২০ শতাংশ পুরুষ কোটা।

এই ৩ কোটার প্রতিটি ক্যাটাগরিতে অবশ্যই ২০ শতাংশ বিজ্ঞান বিষয়ে স্নাতক বা সমমানের ডিগ্রিধারী প্রার্থীদের নিয়োগ নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। তবে এভাবে তিন কোটায় বিজ্ঞান বিষয়ের যোগ্য প্রার্থী পাওয়া না গেলে মেধার ভিত্তিতে নিয়োগ দেওয়া যাবে।
