• Education: Masters Degree preferably business studies in any Discipline

Job Description:

• Responsible & accountable for the overall business portfolios and supervision of the branch
• To act as primary bank contact for all practical purposes
• Branch business planning including foreign trade through effective environmental scanning and recommend for approval of the business plan and recovery.
• Rollout and implement the agreed business plan, conduct follow-up and monitoring to achieve planned business target and recovery.
• Ensure new business development in the coordination of the Cluster/Regional relationship Leaders and regular customer visits and industry research and cross-selling to existing customer base.
• Ensure good customer service and effectively support the implementation of the priority banking strategy and recovery strategy while ensuring the Bank’s interest is protected
• Grow the customer base through marketing and business development efforts, including cross-selling to the existing customer base.
• Ensure that credit quality is maintained and customer reviews are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure customer service excellence and effectively support the implementation of the priority banking strategy while ensuring the Bank’s interest is protected.

• Minimum 6 years as Branch Manager of an Islamic Banking Branch
• Minimum 10 years Banking Experience
• Candidates who have worked as Sub Manager / Operation Manager at any Islamic Banking Branch will be given preference.
